How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Every quote depends on the size of the area we clean, how often we visit, the number of washrooms and kitchens, floor types and your cleaning window. After a short walkthrough we send a written price for an agreed scope, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Optional: typical starting price
How often should our office be cleaned?
It depends on how many people use the space and how heavily. Washrooms and kitchens usually decide it. We’ll recommend a schedule at the walkthrough, and you can change it as your needs change.
Do you clean after hours or on weekends?
Yes: evenings from 6 pm, early mornings from 5 am, and weekends by arrangement.
How do you handle keys, fobs and alarm codes?
Keys and fobs are tagged with a code, never your business name or address, logged at every hand-over and stored securely. Alarm codes are shared in person, only with the team assigned to your site, and never by email or text.
Do you clean strata buildings and plaza common areas?
Yes. We clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, amenity rooms, walkways, entrances and common washrooms for strata councils and property managers, with a short report after each visit. Store tenants can book their own unit separately.
Do you serve both the City and the Township of Langley?
Yes. They’re separate municipalities: the City is the compact area around downtown Langley, and the Township includes communities such as Willoughby, Walnut Grove, Murrayville, Fort Langley and Aldergrove. Confirm communities served
